Intentional living
Slowness, attention, and ceremony as the architecture of wellness.

The founder
Royal Roots is where plant medicine, ancestral wisdom, and intentional living meet.

Meet Agnes Nana Abrafi Yeboah
Agnes grew up surrounded by women who spoke fluent plant: which leaf for the belly, which root for the womb, which bath for the spirit.
After walking through surgeries, restoration, and learning to trust her body again, she devoted herself to compassionate, intentional herbal wellness care.
Royal Roots is her offering, a place where people can return to themselves through plant medicine, ceremony, and the soft, steady work of remembering.

Wellness philosophy

Slowness, attention, and ceremony as the architecture of wellness.

Honoring the women whose hands first knew these herbs.

Plants as teachers, allies, and a path back to the body.

The earth as the original apothecary and original mother.

Daily acts of tending that return us to wholeness.

Healing is collective, and shared knowledge is sacred medicine.
